Libya - 1992
It is quite difficult to search information on Libyan stamps. Luckily there were two such stamps found at a site - flagsonstamp. The 1992 stamp was issued to commemorate the Arab Maghreb Union Philatelic Exhibition.
Libya - 1995
The 1995 stamp was issued on the occasion of the Arab League 50th anniversary .
