A special commemorative stamp - Reserve Bank of India - was issued by India Post on Jan 16, 2010. The stamp was released by The President of India to mark the Platinum Jubilee of RBI (i.e., 75 Years of RBI). It was started functioning on April 1, 1935. Read the report here.

Spain - Water Canal of Aragon & Cataluna
Spain postal authority (i.e., Correos Y Telegrafos SA) has issued a special stamp to commemorate the Centenaries of the Water Canal of Aragon & Cataluna. The stamp was issue on July 20, 2006.
