The 2013 "Wonders of Malaysian Forests" stamp series was issued to celebrate and raise awareness about the incredibly rich flora and fauna native to Malaysia’s rainforests.

The stamps featured unique and endangered wildlife (such as tigers, elephants, tapirs, and hornbills) and exotic plant species (like the Rafflesia), highlighting Malaysia's position as a globally recognized megadiverse country.
