Qatar: No-Tobacco Day (31 May 2003)UN has designated 31st May every year as World No-Tobacco Day. Naturally there were stamps issued by a number of countries to recognize the day. Qatar has issued a special stamp to commemorate the No-Tobacco Day. Read more information on WNTD here - including the theme used every year. For instance the 2007 theme was smoke-free environments.
